North Shore Branch of BC Registered Music Teachers Association is a non-profit organization of qualified and experienced independent music teachers with appropriate diplomas, undergraduate and graduate degrees in music education and performance.
Through partnership with the Canadian Federation of Music Teachers, Lions Gate Sinfonia and North Shore Music Festival we have provided superior music education, students' performance opportunities and teachers' mentorship for more than 50 years. We are constantly looking for creative new ways to engage students, teachers and community.
Music education is an important tool to allow creativity to develop and to teach discipline, focus and concentration.
